Ware promises to sell off his property to repay a debt to George Garrett's estate, of which Benjamin Faulkner is a trustee. Ware will sell off ten slaves, who are named, a horse, cattle, and other goods, to be sold to "the highest bidder" to pay debts owed Garrett's estate. Also signed by John Thurston, David A. Lists the terms under which slaves will be hired out from Thomas Winn's estate. Requires that hired slaves receive medical care and limits their working conditions. The document lists each slave for hire and the requirements for each slave. Special mention is made for Phebe, who is "unhealthy and labouring under a disease called the asthma." Phebe "is not to be exposed to wet or cold weather...should she die before the end of the year, a proportionable part of the sum for which she is supported &c will only be paid." Lists property sold and enslaved people outsourced for labor on Mildred Bradshaw's estate, for which George Winn is the agent. Also lists who the names of enslaved people who were sent out with the price paid for them, and the quality of their work. Goods sold include a "bay mare," a stove, a spinning wheel and a pot. The cash earned is also divided among Bradshaw's heirs.

States that forty nine dollars is owed to Minor C. Bradshaw in exchange for "two negro girls." Also signed by Jonathan Bradshaw, Joshua Barnard, Valentine W. Thomes, and Mildred Bradshaw, with her mark. Note on docket states that George Winn, administrator of Mildred Bradshaw's estate, has paid the debt. Note is dated 25 June 1832, and is signed by William Bradshaw and Minor Bradshaw with his mark. A second note on the docket, dated 5 May 1832, states the bond has been transferred to George Winn, and is signed by Joshua Strattory.
