Court testimony requesting a court of equity to divide the slaves of a deceased woman among many heirs. The slaves, who once belonged to Mary Barclay, now number almost two hundred. William Gilliam is among those mentioned. Testimony given by James Cole Dickinson, but copy signed by Hunter.
