One letter from Clara L. Sykes to Congressman Carlos J. Moorhead dated February 19, 1974. Sykes is against the impeachment of President Nixon. Believes that Nixon would be the solution against the threat of the Russian government. She writes, "Science has developed so many unheard of uses for energy and the Russians are known to be working on many of those. Development of laser beams and like energies could be disastrous. If there is any way to deter the Russians will try to do it..."
