Describes "St. Patrick's Day in the morning." Mentions that there is a great deal of sport in camp. Reports that they are having a review by General George Gordon Meade, Major General Horatio Gouverneur Wright, and Senator Henry Wilson from Massachusetts, so he has no time to write.
