One newspaper dated Mexico, March 21, 1836 printed by Jose Ximeno. This is a supplement with an account of the Mexican Army's win at the Battle of the Alamo. Printing includes letters written between Mexican generals; Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna, Juan L. Velasquez de Leon, Jose Urre, Juan Valentin Amador, Jose Marial Tornel, and Ramon Martinez Caro. Describes the timeline of the battle, amount of weapons and men who fought. Language expresses triumph at being able to secure the Alamo and needing to maintain the possession of Texas. Also includes a letter written to R.M. Williamson from Barnet Travis. Written in Spanish.
