One wirephoto entitled, "City state police team at work" taken by Associated Press dated July 25, 1964. Image is of two police officers escorting a Black man through the streets. On reverse side, wire transfer information states that the man was arrested by city and state police officers. This was among many arrests made during riots that took place in Rochester, NY.
