Urges women to demand equal rights for themselves, including the franchise, argues that the Constitution gaurantees equal rights to women, and offers a "Decleration and Pledge" for supporters of women's suffrage. Letter also states ways in which women should fight for the vote. Says the National Woman Suffrage and Educational Committee has been set up to coordinate these efforts, and makes an appeal for donations. Published by Case, Lockwood & Brainard.
