Eisenhower's schedule for the day showing an appointment at 8 AM to accept some photos of Abraham Lincoln from Vernon Smith, a worker in the Social Room. Smith's grandfather, who was a personal friend of Lincoln, took the photos. Also shows an 8:30 appointment with the Secretary of the Treasury, Hon. Sherman Adams, and Hon.
