Poster for a stage production of Uncle Tom's Cabin. Starting 16 December 1852, the production is not "a mere Stage Version of the Tale, but a Play, in which free use has been made of [Stowe's] personages and most striking incidents." The broadside gives scene titles for the three-act play. After 'Slave Life' has concluded, the show will continue with the farce, 'A Model of a Wife,' and the comic opera, 'Good Night! Signor Pantalon'. The broadside also advertises a production to open on Boxing Day called 'Neil Gwynne! or, Harlequin Merrie Monarch.'
