Cosigned with Loiseau, who appears to be a French Canadian officer. Countersigned by General John Burgoyne on verso. Document is partially in French. Loiseau submitted an account of his expenses to Brigadier General Maclean who passed it along to Jacob Jordan, the Paymaster General in Montreal. Maclean orders Jacobs to pay the account of 92 pounds and charge it to Burgoyne. Signature on verso is Burgoyne's approval of the payment.
