Paid a Mr. Hubbard to distribute Burgoyne's declarations among local inhabitants. Other cash expenditures were for provisions. Total cost is slightly over 8 pounds, he received over 2 pounds, and is asking for a reimbursement of over 6 pounds. Countersigned by a John Peters on verso, stating Burgoyne said he should be paid.
