Written by Musgrave as a Lieutenant Colonel in the 40th Regiment, before the loss at the Battle of Saratoga. Document records the number of troops sent over from the 8th, 9th, 47th, and 62nd Regiments. The total number of troops sent to the 40th Regiment was 45. Signed by Musgrave and countersigned by Captain Edward Foy, the Adjunct General in Canada as "A true Copy."
