Lists the names of sick soldiers by company, their ailments, and indicates if they are in the hospital. Among the maladies listed are fever, dysentery, rheumatism, bronchitis, gonorrhea, congestion of the brain and leg ulcers. A doctor's name (possibly Charles Langenbecker, who was surgeon for the 13th La.) is written or signed at lower right verso. Gibson was colonel of the 13th Louisiana Volunteers.
