Signed in type by Jonathan Trumbull as Speaker of the House of Representatives, John Adams as Vice President of the United States and President of the Senate, and approved by George Washington as President. Details an act approved at the first session of the second Congress held at Philadelphia, 27 October 1791, regarding the date that the district circuit courts will hold session. Docket marks the document as duplicate. A penciled note states it is docketed by Samuel Huntington.
