Writes to Peg in care of Daniel Danoot, in Brussels, Belgium. States that upon his arrival in Geneva, two letters from Harry (possibly Henry Rooke) waited for him. Relates that Harry intends to travel to New York to serve as a volunteer, and assumes that he sails on either the man of war Experiment or a transport in it's convoy. Instructs Peg to keep unspecified tickets in safe custody, as Harry requested that they examine the tickets upon his return. Discusses the failure of his friends from Avignon to arrive, a ceremony, and Squire Frank's tenants. States that George III, King of England, will soon be traveling to Geneva. Offers instructions as to where to forward his mail. Sends regards to his brother. In a post script, mentions the land lord of the Red Lion in Lausanne.
