Lists property sold and enslaved people outsourced for labor on Mildred Bradshaw's estate, for which George Winn is the agent. Also lists who the names of enslaved people who were sent out with the price paid for them, and the quality of their work. Goods sold include a "bay mare," a stove, a spinning wheel and a pot. The cash earned is also divided among Bradshaw's heirs.
