The document lists of a number of items related to the war with the French that must be look in to. The items of inquiry include what garrisons were at Albany when Coll. Fletcher arrived, how these garrisons were deserted, how many people resided in Albany at the beginning and end of the war, how many are left of the 5 Nations, and how Coll. Fletcher carried out his expeditions. It also mentions inquiries into supplies of provisions, and how the city of Albany initially responded to the war.
