Title: Account of provisions and beer delivered to the forces at Albany

An account book, itemizing the recipients of all the provisions delivered to the garrison at Albany by Livingston (who held the office of victualer to the garrison at the time) and to the Indians of the region, also by Livingston (who also held a post on the Board of Indian Commissioners). The provisions included such items as pork, bread, peas, beef and beer. Included, between pages 7 and 8, is a signed bond by Jon Van Loon for 219 guilder, dated 21 February 1719 [in Dutch]. Title: Memorandum about the frontiers

The document lists of a number of items related to the war with the French that must be look in to. The items of inquiry include what garrisons were at Albany when Coll. Fletcher arrived, how these garrisons were deserted, how many people resided in Albany at the beginning and end of the war, how many are left of the 5 Nations, and how Coll. Fletcher carried out his expeditions. It also mentions inquiries into supplies of provisions, and how the city of Albany initially responded to the war.

Title: Dispatch of Indians to Quebec and Montreal

Renselaer and Livingston send one pair of Indians to Quebec, and another pair to Montreal and order them to make what discoveries they can and to follow the instructions of Coll. Vetch and Coll. Nicholson. P.2 contains the instructions of Vetch and Nicholson, which ask the Indians to take exact notice of the amount of troops and provisions at Quebec and Montreal, and if any additional forts have been built. They also ask that the Indians sent ot Quebec find out if there is a stone wall around the city, the number of guns mounted, and when they expect a fleet from France.

Title: re: Petition to King and House of Commons

The "freeholders and farmers of the City and County of Albany," due to their displeasure at the manner in which they are treated by the Provincial Government, have created a petition to be signed by themselves as well as those of neighboring counties, to be sent to the King and House of Commons. This petition, while stating the "corruptions of the assemblies & Maladministration of the Government," would make certain to remind the King of his subjects' sincrest loyalty and affetions.

Caustic critique of an "Unhappy York," where a manipulative church and king have allowed the colony's political affairs to become rife with corruption and hypocrisy. In New York "villians triumph under a pretence of loyalty and make the laws their tools to serve their wicked ends and cherish fools."
