Livingston requests that Nanfan and the Council examine his public accounts, which reveal the amount of debt Livingston has accrued in the public service. He then asks that Nanfan and the Council testify to the truth of his grievances, and facilitate the repayment of the money he is entitled to. Docketed on verso.
