Also signed by Members of Congress Jeremiah Wadsworth, Jonathan Trumbull, Jr., NYS Supreme Court Justice Richard Morris, Vice Consul of France Antoine R.C.M. DelaForest [sic?] and wife (?), with John and Susanna Kean, Philip Livingston, John Trumbull. A. Frances de Crevecoeur was daughter to the famous author.
