Informs Van Vechten, an Inspector General, that the Second Regiment of his brigade is ready for inspection. Requests that Van Vechten come as soon as possible to inspect the regiment, which is encamped at Camp Scott on Staten Island. One bust engraving of Corcoran included as collateral.
