Partially printed. Documents that the children of Brigadier General Samuel Waldo, and their spouses, have sold Anthony Dyer a particular tract of land from the Waldo patent lands. Signed by Samuel Waldo, Isaac and Lucy Winslow, and Thomas and Hannah Flucker (Francis Waldo's signature is not included but his name is listed in the document itself). Also signed by Rebekah Winslow and S. Danforth. S. Danforth writes a note on back about the document. Signatures are partially torn.
