The letter, in its entirety, reads: "The place we thought of is Mr Hamiltons Seat as I understand. A grove of Cedar Trees and some Statues behind it about a Mile Northwest from the City. I thought proper to mention it farther to prevent Mistakes. I will expect you Sir at the end of the Cedar walk."
