This power of attorney allows Rogers to collect any debts owed to Goldthwait on lands in New England. This in relation to the Flucker estate. Contains two statements, each followed by the clerical signature of Samuel Barrett, Justice of the Peace, who serves as a witness. Contains a 29 October 1791 note and the clerical signature of Timothy Rogers authorizing William Taylor to be the attorney for Goldthwait. Contains a 12 August 1806 note signed by Harrison Gray Otis vesting "in said Taylor & his heirs, all the estate of said Thomas Goldthwait."
