Received his recent letter via Mr. [Nathaniel] Gorham. Declares that he was unable to find certain mortgage paperwork pertaining to Mr. [Thomas] Flucker's estate that Henley asked him for. Would have submitted it to Henley if he had found it. Discusses legal actions surrounding land claims on the Waldo patent.
