Form for a declaration of invalid pension that has been filled out by a Deputy County Clerk in Washington, Vermont. It says that William Noyes was wounded in action near St. Petersburg on April 2, 1865, when he was shot in his lower right leg. This apparently crushed his bones, and he has required the use of crutches since.
The document also mentions another soldier who testified that this William Wallace Noyes was the same one who was injured at St. Petersburg.
They accept his claim.

Noyes, Thomas, 1754-1819
