Dalton orders Price to inform all eligible voters to attend a meeting about fulfilling the town's enlistment quota and about cannons given to the state. Letter signed by Greenleaf, Marsh and Dalton as the selectmen of Newburyport. Verso signed by Price, and states he has informed the townspeople.
