Four printed acts of the second Congress signed by Thomas Jefferson. Acts deal with defraying the expense of an Indian treaty in Ohio, paying a loan from the Bank of US, relief of Elijiah Bostwick, and additional compensation for public officers. The four acts were printed on one leaf and approved by Washington on 2 March 1793.
