Susan Saidenberg

Susan Saidenberg joined the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History in 1997 where she worked until her retirement in 2019. She developed the traveling exhibitions program and worked with teams of scholars to prepare and implement grants awarded by the Public Programs Division of the National Endowment for the Humanities, including Revisiting the Founding Era, for which she was project director. Before joining the Institute, she was manager of the exhibitions programs office at the New York Public Library.
