One pamphlet entitled Chinese Immigration dated August 5, 1890. A report from Mr. Morrow from the Committee on Foreign Affairs. Contains the provisions of the 1882 Immigration act commonly referred to as the Chinese Exclusion act. It highlights the issues with the act and the acts of noncompliance that took place around the passage of the act. Argues for continued and more stringent restrictions on immigration from China.
