One letter from Thomas G. Singlehurst to Congressman Carlos J. Moorhead dated November 12, 1973. Singlehurst is against the impeachment of President Nixon. The letter is an address to President Nixon, Republican senators and representatives in Washington D.C. It attacks Democrats as being just as corrupt as Nixon. He wonders why the Republicans have not investigated them, and mentions in particular his belief that Roosevelt caused Pearl Harbor to happen. He also believes that Kennedy was French. He writes, "Just look where America is today from forty years ago. It is almost a third-rate power instead of being the most powerful and richest in the history of the world, all because democrats have run the country for forty years."

Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these specific conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be “used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship, or research.” If a user makes a request for, or later uses, a photocopy or reproduction for purposes in excess of “fair use,” that user may be liable for copyright infringement.
