One letter from Edgar Penny to Congressman Carlos J. Moorhead dated November 12, 1973. Penny is against the Impeachment of President Nixon. He believes that if the Executive powers of the United States appears weak or is limited, the Executive powers of China and Russia would swamp the United States, and we would become a vassal nation to Communist states.
