One letter from Susan Prowell Graeff and Raymond James Graeff to Leonard Eugene Graeff dated October 24, 1943. Susan writes that her and Raymond took a long drive through the country and then checked on Leonard's car. Raymond cleaned off the car and swept the garage. Susan also mentions eating "Chow Chow" that a neighbor made and believes Leonard would have enjoyed it. She reports that Mr. Richwine had a heart attack at the age of eighty and is not doing well. There was also a gas explosion in Easton but Leonard will have to find the details in the newspaper.
