One wirephoto released by Associated Press, dated August 13, 1958. Shows President Eisenhower addressing the United Nations. Taken from the floor, the photo has delegates in the foreground, with President Eisenhower at the podium in the center. According to the embedded press release Eisenhower was speaking at the opening of an emergency session concerning the Middle East. Behind him on the dais is Secretary General Dag Hammarskjold, Assembly President Sir Leslie Munro, and Andrew Cordier assistant to the secretary. The back is stamped with Associated Press information.
