One typed letter from William R. Kearney Jr. dated May 30, 1922 copied to the district supervisor of the Samara offices of the American Relief Administration. Message is a response to telegram from May 29, 1922 (see GLC09761.05) pertaining to Ruhl's damaged car. Kearney asks that Ruhl state what car was used for, who was in charge of the car's inspection, and tools used for inspection.
