One wirephoto released by International News Photos dated March 25, 1957. Shows a plane coming in to land on the deck of a ship. The attached press release describes the new technology of a signal mirror that takes the risk out of carrier landings. It also mentions that the signal is replacing the old method of paddle wavers directing landings. The photo is stamped on the back with the date and International News Photos information.
