The officers and the patients of the Filbert Street U.S.A. General Hospital are in debt to the Ladies' Committee of the Hospital for their attention to the sick and wounded soldiers. They thank the women for their services and convey "sincere wishes for their future health and happiness." On the back of the document is a list of the women in the Ladies' Committees for the 16th and Filbert Street Hospital and the 23rd and Filbert Street Hospital. Written to Sarah Ogden by Deuglin by order of Thomas B. Reed.
