Writes to her parents about her daughter, who had become sick with a fever three weeks earlier. On the verso is a letter signed by William Wood to "Dear Children," probably to Mary and her husband from his parents that discusses health, whooping cough, and baptisms. Mary's married name was Mary Wood.
