Labeled on verso of page four as "Exhibit C." Stating the he contracted Ballantyne Bros. for doors window and other building materials. The Ballantynes were not prompt with delivery and cost him a great sum of money in fees and wages because he was unable to complete his work and receive his payment. He mortgaged property to meet his creditors demands. When the Ballantynes "attached" all his property, he came under accusation of trying to defraud his creditors. Also accuses Richard Ballantyne of tormenting and being abusive towards his wife, which caused her to miscarry.
