Speculates to his friend, "I suppose as the 95th is one of the fighting Reg. it will go into the field in a few weeks at longest." Reports that there was "quite an exictement in camp tonight; owing to some difficulty in the first Parole Regt. They refused to stand guard & perform camp duty, & to night they collect together and burnt their Guard House." Asks that she direct her letters to "Camp Chase, Co. G. 95th Reg. O.V.I in care of Capt. Warmock."
