Graham writes of the news he recently received from England. The King and Parliament are in accord, according to Graham, and England is willing to join Scotland on its colonial excursion. Merchants have continued their complaints against the Bellomont Administration, and Graham feels as though he has been forgotten by the Government, which would allow him to be "eased of my troublesom station in that government."
