Items include bread, salt pork, hog heads & feet, salt fish, cheese, peas, beans, rice, beer, and vinegar. States one third of these provisions must be received immediately, and the rest whenever d'Estaing desires. If any particular articles cannot be obtained, they should be replaced by equal amounts of similar articles, except vinegar which "is indispensable." If the French find they need some items more than others, they can change the quantities to fit this need.
