Informs Lynde Lord, the sheriff of Litchfield County, Connecticut, that a prisoner named John McDonald is being sent to his care. McDonald had recently participated in an insurgency in Dutchess County, New York. Indicates that he will reimburse Lord for the cost of feeding for McDonald.
