Contract regarding the purchase of land by William Duer and Royal Flint from Samuel Philips, Leonard Jarvis and John Read. Authorizes the sale of the lands in Maine and grants Duer and Flint all of the rightful legal claims to it. Noted that Henrys Knox and Jackson have signed as witnesses. Appears to be a copy.
