Unsigned, but handwriting suggests the author is Henry Knox. Provides extensive instructions to Dunton, for when he arrives back in Maine, to continue building projects he left behind at the end of the previous fall. The project seems to specifically be two build two houses on the St. Georges River. Marked "copy."
