Received Knox's recent letter and regrets the news that he omitted a bond he meant to send Knox; he sends it along now (not present). Discusses their land purchase deal with Mr. [possibly Alexander] Baring. Explains at great length the details of their land projects, and refers to the Committee's newest legislation on the subject.
