Discusses the liquidation of their business, as well as a land purchase made on their behalf by General [Henry] Knox. Is pleased to hear Knox is happy with the business arrangements Bingham made with Mr. [possibly Alexander] Baring. Updates Knox with detailed information regarding various land speculation projects.
