Partially printed receipt stating that Knox "is entitled to all the Privileges of a Contributor to the Philadelphia Dispensary, having paid his Subscription for the present Year." Has an engraved image of the Good Samaritan at the top of the document, with the words "Go And Do Thou Likewise," beneath it. Signed by three people, although only the signatures of Thomas Fisher and John Clifford, the Treasurer, are legible. The third is unknown. Docket was created by Knox on 12 February 1794.
