Written and signed by William Price as an officer of the police and countersigned by Captain Lillie as an aide-de-camp to General Knox. Provision return for a lieutenant police officer for the garrison of West Point from 1-30 September. A total of 90 rations were issued for the 30 days. Signed by William Price as an officer of the police and Captain Lillie as an aide-de-camp to General Knox. Docket signed by Price stating that contractors delivered the rations.
