Predicts they will travel to Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, and there is no sign of an upcoming battle. Writes, "I have just heard there is great excitement in Gettysburg for fear of the Rebels, i do not think there is any danger there as it is impossible for them to get through Maryland with any force."
